www.yuana.in has taken care in giving details of the prices, packages and other information of the products displayed on the website; however prices are subject to change without any obligation on our part to notify such change to you.

Payment :

In the event we receive payment by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback or recover your payment or any other losses from yuana.in unless the same is sought on the ground of incorrect or defective product having been delivered to you. Further, you agree that, for the purposes of any applicable credit card scheme rules, by completing your booking and remitting payment to the relevant Service Providers), www.yuana.in has discharged in full its responsibilities to you as regards the Scheme. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that these Terms and Conditions may be used by www.yuana.in to resist any chargeback you seek to make against www.yuana.in if the same if not as per terms hereof. Further in case of chargeback the claim should first be lodged with YUANA AROMA  at its shop authorised to receive such claim, within 3 working days of receipt of the product by you along with the products in unused condition in the original packaging along with all tags and original invoice failing which the request for chargeback shall not be considered.

www.yuana.in authorizes you to view a product material on www.yuana.in solely for your personal, non-commercial use only. All products /services and information displayed on www.yuana.in constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to acceptance and the terms and conditions as listed herein. www.yuana.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer, without offering any reason/s for the same. Our acceptance shall be constituted by dispatch of the products.

 

Termination/Access Restriction :

www.yuana.in reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at anytime, without notice. www.yuana.in reserves its right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this web site.

Shipping Policy :

 

www.yuana.in shall deliver all products purchased online within 2 Weeks from the date of purchase. We use third party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused from the delivery service providers.

Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, otherwise it will be presumed that you have accepted delivery. In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.

 

Limitation on Liability for Products & Services :

We have a preferred partner arrangement with few products & service providers to deal on their behalf. We do not endorse, recommend, or approve the quality standards of these products. In case you are a User from country other than India we encourage and advise you to discuss all purchases within your country before making a decision on purchase outside your country. If you choose to access this website from outside India, you shall be sole responsible to observe and comply with applicable laws of that country.

You agree to assume all responsibility in connection with choosing the products & services www.yuana.in. We assume no responsibility or liability for any products or services matching the standards of countries other than India.

General Limitation on Liability :

Disclaimer :

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there maybe minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of product, weather at the time of differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the product received. www.yuana.in believes that all online buyers are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual product or accessories ordered and all customers who order products online are aware of the fact.

Cancellation and Returns

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Products and services once booked through yuana.in cannot be cancelled and the refunds thereof are not allowed in any circumstances. However, exceptional cases of 'manufacturing defect' and ' wrong consignment ' can be dealt with separately after due verification of proof and based on established facts with vendor partners on case to case basis

In no circumstances the order will be cancelled. However it can be exchanged against any other product by visiting our Showroms.

 

REFUND:
Amount once paid will not be refunded in any case. However the amount can be adjusted in any further purchases of product by visiting our Showroms. Products and services booked on yuana.in can be returned or repaired as per usual policy of Yuana.inat the shop/ counter of the store

Other terms and conditions

• Damaged delivery should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• All items must be returned in their original condition ' unworn and unaltered.

• Damaged products will neither be exchanged nor bought back by the Company. Deductions made by the Company are towards levies, taxes, wear and tear, etc.

• Please keep the invoice and certificate and/or guarantee card with you if you want to exchange or return a product without which processing the same would not be possible for us.

• We will exchange any item for an item in the same category (eg. exchange a diamond for a diamond). Also, you need to pick up something of an equal or higher value.

• The policies are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any product can be exchanged only once.

• Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.

Disputes (if any) will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
